Jax Frey

A southern artist and author who paints primarily in mixed media and acrylics. Her bold, colorful, expressive artwork is created to inspire women to live more authentically, courageously, and joyfully. She is the author of the beloved Gumbeaux Sistahs novels, known for their humor, heart, and celebration of friendship and personal transformation. When she’s not painting or writing, she’s usually accompanied by her two pugs, Ethel and Lucy, and splits her time between Natchez and New Orleans.
